The Sabz Journalism Fellowship Program (SJFP) aims to enhance the quality and volume of environmental reporting in Pakistan, ultimately contributing to increased public awareness and better-informed decision-making on environmental issues. The primary objective is to empower journalists, digital content producers, and filmmakers with the technical and professional knowledge needed to report effectively on environmental matters, thereby promoting awareness and understanding among the public. The program seeks to create new media and online platforms, promote data-driven and investigative reporting, increase public awareness of climate change, and foster inclusive economic growth and sustainable development by producing and distributing climate-focused content on digital media platforms.
