Adal is a three-fold innovative and sustainable program to advance the capacity of Pakistan’s criminal justice system contributing to strengthening the resilience of its institutions, advancement of women, and public confidence in the rule of law through training. Under this program GNMI has introduced an innovative virtual training resource center for remote, responsive, and high-quality instructional support amid Coronavirus pandemic; designed and rolled out skills-based online trainings in different technical subject areas; and weaved a women’s leadership training program comprising of online workshops, webinars, role model promotion and networking to support and empower women in law enforcement and justice institutions.
