The Women in Media Mentorship Program is a significant initiative by the Global Neighbourhood for Media Innovation (GNMI), in partnership with the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ). Designed to empower mid-career women journalists across Pakistan, the four-month program supported digital innovation, leadership development, and mentorship in media. The program aimed to strengthen women’s leadership in journalism, support innovative digital media initiatives led by women and promote women’s voices in media unions, decision-making bodies, and social discourse.
