Media Baithak is a unique project aims at enhancing civil society’s capacity to advocate for peace and promote social cohesion. This project has facilitated dialogue and social engagement between media and civil society by digitally producing and broadcasting discussions among stakeholders from various sections of society. Topics include media freedom, equal democratic participation, and social justice. By facilitating these conversations, the project has addressed the fragmentation and incapacitation within civil society and helped bridge the gap of government distrust. Through interactive activities and capacity-building training, the project empowers participants to collaboratively seek solutions for the challenges facing Pakistan and creating a safe space for open and productive dialogue.
