Media Projects Showcasing and Panel Discussions

The final activity of the project focuses on showcasing student media projects through panel discussions that offer valuable feedback and expert insights. Held at both Karachi University and Usman Institute of Technology, these sessions allow students to present their media projects—videos and articles—centered on the themes of peace, inclusivity, and social cohesion.

Each panel discussion is thoughtfully organized around specific themes, such as “Recognizing Role Models of Peace,” “Fostering Peace through Education,” “Honoring Individuals of Inclusivity,” and “Tools for Peace Advocacy.” Featuring panelists from diverse backgrounds in media and education, these discussions provide students with constructive feedback on their work. The sessions inspire students to continue promoting messages of peace and tolerance through their media projects.

The panelists commend the students’ efforts and offer suggestions for further enhancing their projects, including incorporating more visual elements and ensuring language accessibility. The discussions also highlight the importance of using media as a powerful tool for peace advocacy, with panelists expressing interest in connecting some of the students’ stories with mainstream media platforms.
