Establishing a community of practice has promoted networking and encouraged participants to share their experiences. This initiative has enabled them to come together virtually to discuss challenges, develop problem-solving skills, and share results.
Social Media Platforms:
We have established two networks to virtually connect peacebuilders and encourage robust discussions on WhatsApp and Facebook. These groups facilitate the sharing of PAP activities among participants, helping them learn new methods and theories, thereby advancing their spirit and abilities as peacebuilders.

Focus Group Discussions:
Here are the objectives of FGDs:
- Evaluate the impact of capacity-building training on peacebuilders’ projects and their native communities.
- Gauge the increase in community influence in their respective communities.
- Determine the increase in their digital outreach.
- Identify the challenges they faced during project execution and their learnings throughout the program.
- Assess whether they plan to use their learned experiences for future peacebuilding activities and/or to sustain their completed PAPs.
- Chart out successes during and after the training and implementation of their PAPs.
Peacebuilders are formally asked set questions to explore their experience of the program, what they have learned or unlearned, its impact on their work, and their community’s response to their peace action plans. This community of practice is established for peacebuilders across Pakistan who continuously work to promote peace, acceptance, and social cohesion within the country. The program especially highlights the work of women peacebuilders nationwide
