Lub-Kushaai is an innovative forum dedicated to resource sharing and open dialogue on gender-sensitive issues, challenges, and opportunities. Through campaigns and discourse activities, Lub Kushaai engages journalists, opinion leaders, and professionals from diverse fields to promote gender equality. Participants range from tech experts and literacy advocates to media executives and athletes, all striving for gender equality in their industries. Since its inception, Lub–Kushaai has launched several major campaigns: #BalanceforBetter (SDG 5 – Gender Equality), #MeToo (Sexual Harassment), #WorkingMothers (Gender Pay Gap), and #16Days of Activism in collaboration with UN Women Pakistan and other partner organizations.
